प्रश्न: मन को शान्त कैसे करें?
उत्तर:
मन को शांत करना अर्थात मन को अपने वश में कर लेना। हवा को अपनी मुट्ठी में कर लेने से ज्यादा कठिन है।
लेकिन सम्भव है, जितना जितना मन को अपने वश में करते जाओगे उतना उतना ध्यान केंद्रित होता जायेगा। तुम्हारे जीवन पर तुम्हारी पकड़ होते जायेगी।
कार्य कठिन है, इसलिये थोड़ा समय लगेगा।
कुछ बातें बताता हूँ उनका अनुसरण करो :
1. अपनी दिनचर्या को नियंत्रित रखो।
2. वाणी पर नियंत्रण रखो, अर्थात आवश्यकता न हो तो न बोलो।
3. अपने खान-पान पर नियंत्रण रखो।
4. कैसे लोगों के साथ उठना - बैठना इस बात पर भी नियंत्रण रखो।
5. ध्यान साधना का अभ्यास करो।
Morning and Evening Walks:
The walking improves the health and blood is also circulated in all parts of body. Going for a walk in early morning, provides an opportunity to take fresh air inside and there are a lot of benefits apart from capacity to stay calm. An evening walk may be taken after the sunset and it will be better if taken after dinner. After taking dinner, the walk also helps in proper digestion of the food.
Memorizing and chanting the name of God:
Everyone follows preaching and statements described in his or her religion. A never ending inspiration is rarely blessed by God Almighty to people follow constantly on spirituality and humanity. Chanting the name of God every-moment inside the body, is experienced as a way to improve the capacity of staying calm. The word, “emotional intelligence” also describes the task of staying calm in difficult situations. The memorizing the name of God every-time improves the emotional quotient and the person’s capacity to deal with difficult situations increases to a great extent.
No need to be worried if others feel jealousy:
This is the nature of others to either support you for getting success or create hurdles in your path to success. Never be worried from such practices of others.
